And if you've never thought about this concept before or are on one of those eating regimens that call for prepping three meals and 2-3 snacks per day, this is a fascinatingly easy way to work your eating regimen in to a busy schedule very easily. It is straight forward in it's presentation of the material, I took Peter's presentation to heart and started Intermittent Fasting right after finishing the book. In the first 4 days I lost 6 pounds. Haven't been able to get below 200 for 15 years, and now I'm closing on it rapidly and it seems like I'm not even trying. Great, concise book! No fluffy filler, just straight to the point! Well worth the read.Waste of time (IF) in 16/8 hour periods, 18/6, 24 hour or 36 hour.Book doesn't go into any of the science it touts as backing IF and, I know this is dumb, but there are a lot of spelling and grammar errors so it just makes the whole thing feel fuzzy.Pro: took 10 min to read.this is one of the better ones. It has great advice Of the mini-books on IF here on Amazon, this is one of the better ones. It has great advice, is put into a relatively small book and covers quite a bit of info. I've read the larger books on IF type of eating (Warrior Diet, Eat Stop Eat, etc.) and this one covers a lot of what you'll find in those books. The tips on boosting GH and Testosterone are good. You don't have to follow his fitness routine; a sound routine of strength and conditioning COMBINED with IF will get you to where you want to be if you are disciplined enough to stick to a plan.
