Must buy! I love this book! I needed serious help when I first bought my Instant Pot. I had no idea what to make or how to make it, so I needed a starting place. This book is filled with delicious, easy recipes for any occasion. The meats are my favorite, but I love to host, so the appetizer section has come in pretty handy! Highly recommend for new users and for those who've had their instant pot for a while!Love this Book. The recipes are grouped by type which is very helpful. They look great for every day cooking using what you would normally have on hand--which is a huge plus. The author gives cooking tips with each recipe. Recipes are easy to follow. I liked the layout of the recipes with the calories included for each recipe, the ingredients listed, the clear, easy concise directions, and the helpful hints or cooking tips included by the author. I also like the vegetarian recipes as well.Barely for the Instant Pot, boring recipes, and pay shipping for return (not Prime shipping?) 1) Most of the recipes in this cookbook call for a lot of other cooking methods, and a short and unnecessary stint in the Instant Pot. Why bother dirtying up the Instant Pot when you already dirtied up other cookware? 2) One recipe specifies using dried beans THAT YOU HAVE REHYDRATED. Whaa? The Instant Pot does a great job of quickly cooking dried beans. 3) The recipes in this cookbook are nothing special. Even if I didn't want this for my Instant Pot, there isn't a single recipe I would use. 4) Return shipping is not free. Apparently, it isn't a Prime item. I will probably donate it instead of returning it, because I would only get 1/2 of my money back.
